Please reach us at twigsetfleurs@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Currently we do not have a store front. We have two studios. One in our home garage and one in an art community called Makersphere in Waterbury, VT. We are what is called studio floral designer. We do not have the normal items (balloons, cards, gifts etc) and or retail hours that a flower shop might have. We are available by appointment, delivery and or scheduled pick up.
To ensure we are available to take on preserved flowers, please reach out via email twigsetfleurs@gmail.com and or phone (802) 343-6220. Best is to reserve your spot for preservation as we can only take on a certain amount during our season. You can book far in advance (like a year in advance!) to ensure your flowers will be preserved.
Ideally we would love to have your bouquet and or event within 3 days of your wedding. So its best to ship your flowers overnight the day after your wedding.
Yes! Please visit our page on preservation. We offer pressed flowers and or dried flowers. We also offer custom preservation.
On average once we recieve your wedding and or event flowers its takes between 6-8 weeks to press and dry the flowers. From there it could take an additional 4-8 weeks depending on the work load to finish the design and ship it (or local pick up and or delivery if available). This takes time and can mean the total process takes 10-16 weeks (3-4months). We can not rush the process of pressing flowers, so at times it could take even longer. But we promise the wait it worth it!

If the design has damage due to shipping, we need pictures immediately so we can see the damage hope to repair and or replace what is needed. If you decide that you do not want your bouquet and or wedding flowers to be preserved and we have already recieved and proceed the flowers there will be a $50 handlers fee that will be applied to the refund. If we have not procced the bouquet we are happy to process the refund minus any processing fees if paid by a credit card.
Unfortunely there is no return poilcy on any of our products and or services.
Please see our Terms and Condition for Preserved Flowers.

No, we use what has dried or pressed the best. We will press and dry everything that we know will turn out and give it all a try. We go through and choose the best quality and in best condition flowers prior to pressing and framing to ensure the best final product. This is all part of our artists creative liberty to produce a high quality product.
All orders need to be paid infull in order to proceed. You can submit your order through our online store
Depending on your design. Flowers on a wreath last for a year and then start to fade. Flowers in a frame will last for years. As long as you take care of your frame. Dried and pressed flowers will fade overtime. The more your frame is exposed to sunlight, the greater chance/speed of fading. When you get your frame it WILL fade more than what you see. We do not use any dies, preservatives, or chemical enhancements during the preserving process. Make sure to keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and away from any humid areas (ex. the bathroom). Wreaths need to be indoors and or protect from weather elements. See our care instructions for wreaths.
