Hold onto memories through preservation. We take wedding flowers, memorial flowers and or event flowers and preseve them to have forever as floral art. The first step is deciding if you would like Dried Flowers verse Pressed Flowers. Below is an explanation of the two types of preserving. In some cases we create floral art with pressed and dried flowers all in one. Some examples of floral preserves are shadow boxes, pressed frame flowers, dried flower wreaths and keepsake decor (like dollies and or fabric).
Dried flowers are more crispy (hence dried) and more dimensional. This option allows the flowers to remain there shape and color. Best to showcase in a shadow box.
Pressed flowers are just that. The fresh flowers are laid in a flower press for 6-8 weeks. This process than creates a flat dried flower while preserving the color.
You send your bouquet and or wedding flowers as soon as you can after your wedding overnight with next day shipping. If you are having your flowers pressed. We press within 24 hours to ensure the flower will press correctly. If you are looking to preserve your wedding flowers as dried flowers, we also start the process within 24 hour of receivng the fresh flowers. The fresh flowers are then stored upside down to hang dry in our warm dry upstairs studio.
If we did not create your bouquet thats okay! We welcome all floral designers designs.

If you are shipping your bouquet to us below are instructions for shipping your bouquet to us without our shipping kit.
Instructions on how to pack and ship your own bouquet below:
1) Flowers should be shipped quickly (within 2 days of your event) in a cool and safe environment preferably overnight. Before shipping try to keep the bouquet in water before shipping. If you are able to cut the stems before placing in water this will help hydrate the flowers before they embark on there journey to us.
2) Remove any ribbons, keepsakes and papers etc. that you want to keep before shipping. If they are not apart of the floral frame then we will discard them.
3) Use and upright box. Mark the box with fragile stickers and or write fragile on the box. Please place a sheet of paper inside the box that has your name, address, phone number and email address. Also include a list of everything we should find in the box (if there is a boutonniere, a second bouquet, etc.)
4) Please wrap the bottom of the stems in a wet paper towel and apply a plastic bag around the paper towels with a rubber band around the stems. This is important as we don't want the water to leak out and cause the box to be come soggy. Place the plastic bag around the stems not the bouquet/flower itsself. Make sure not to wrap the entire bouquet in a bag or in any plastic. Keep the blossoms uncovered and away from moisture as they can mold.
5) Be sure to add packing peanuts, crumbled paper, and or dry paper towels to fill the empty space around the flowers to limit shifting. These options are better than plastic wrap. Plastic traps heat and moisture, which can ruin flowers. If its really hot like we are in a heat wave you can always send your flowers with small ice packets. Just make sure the ice packets are wrapped in paper and or paper towels. Wrapping the ice packects help make sure the flower blossoms dont come in direct contact with the ice packt. If the blossoms directly touch the ice packs it could freeze the flowers.
6) Head to your nearest shipping store and send to us:
Twigs et fleurs

7) We prefer overnight or 1-2 day shipping, which can be expensive. If you cannot afford the cost of quick shipping, try a priority mailbox from USPS. This will bring down the cost, but will also get your flowers to us much later, which runs the risk of them coming in unworkable condition. Below is a link to UPS for estimate shipping cost.
